The VC5000/VC5100/VC5300 Conformal Coating Automated Optical Inspection System AOI system is designed for high-precision inspection of PCBs with UV/white light imaging, telecentric lenses, and advanced motion control. It provides reliable detection of coating thickness, bubbles, orange peel, pinholes, and component defects, making it ideal for SMT production lines requiring fast, accurate, and stable conformal coating quality verification.

Production Line Solution
Using UV optical imaging, the system highlights conformal coating coverage and defects with high clarity. It accurately detects excess coating, missing coating, bubbles, and surface damages, ensuring reliable quality control for PCB conformal coating processes.
Supports polygon window programming to quickly create custom detection zones, enabling fast and accurate identification of irregular conformal coating areas for improved inspection efficiency.
Real-time coating thickness measurement enables accurate, non-destructive inspection of various conformal coatings, improving quality control and production reliability.
AI-powered bubble inspection automatically detects coating bubbles using a large, production-trained database. The system continuously learns and improves accuracy, ensuring reliable conformal coating quality control.
