Introduction
The REA SMT Inverter (Flipper) Conveyor is designed for automated double-sided SMT processes, enabling seamless flipping of PCBs from side A to side B before further downstream processing. It enhances production efficiency by eliminating manual board handling while maintaining precise orientation and alignment throughout the line.

Used in SMT lines to process both sides of a PCB. After completing side A, the inverter conveyor flips the board to side B and transfers it downstream.
Supports maximum component height of 30 mm on both top and bottom sides.
Cycle Time: 12 seconds per PCB.
Equipped with a servo motor and precision aluminum rails for smooth and secure flipping.
Optional auto width adjustment and Ethernet line width control for quick setup and smart line automation.
