Introduction
The REA SMT NG Unloader is designed for use after AOI inspection in SMT lines, where it automatically separates OK and NG PCBs based on signals received from AOI systems. By transferring OK boards to the OK magazine and NG boards to the NG magazine after a traverse action, the machine ensures smooth, intelligent handling of inspected boards. With a modular magazine-loading system and adjustable lift pitch, the NG Unloader offers reliable, automated board separation with minimal operator intervention.
