Upper rollers directly contact the PCB surface to eliminate dust; sticky paper maintains roller cleanliness.
Static eliminators at the entrance and exit reduce PCB static below 50 volts, preventing dust attraction.
Flexible 3-Mode Operation:
- Mode 1: Only clean the top side of PCB.
- Mode 2: Pass through without cleaning. (40mm clearance on top and bottom)
- Mode 3: Conveyor standby - PCB stays on the rail and moves out automatically upon signal.
