The AM100 is a high-versatility SMT placement solution designed for any-mix, any-volume production. Compatible with NPM / NPM-X / VM feeders, it offers flexible tape, stick and multi-function feeding options. The AM100 enhances SMT production efficiency with high-productivity features such as automatic changeover via iLNB, enabling seamless line-wide switching from the production head. Its off-line setup support stations allow feeder cart preparation away from the production floor, reducing downtime. With the feeder setup navigator option, operators receive guided setup instructions, accurate production time estimates, and tablet-based visual workflows-streamlining feeder preparation, improving operational accuracy, and maximizing overall line throughput.
