The PPNSUB Assembly Machine is purpose-built for the automated assembly of housings and inner plates into finished sub-assemblies. Four independent modules - Housing Loading, Inner Plate, Pressing and Discharge - work around a precision turntable, with bowl feeders and linear vibratory feeders supplying parts. Controlled by an IEC 61131-3 compliant PLC and protected by a hardwired Emergency Stop safety circuit with PLC logic monitoring, it delivers reliable, error-proofed assembly for high-speed automation environments.

The PPNSAM integrates feeding, transfer, positioning, pressing and discharge operations into one automated assembly system. The four functional modules operate around the turntable, while bowl feeders and linear vibratory feeders provide continuous component supply. The system also supports automatic positioning, homing, product memory and station management.

• Housing Loading Module: Feeds and transfers housings from the bowl feeder to the turntable.
• Inner Plate Module: Feeds and transfers inner plates to the corresponding station.
• Pressing Module: Performs pressing and monitors pressing conditions.
• Discharge Module: Transfers finished products and manages NG discharge.
